I am a 1:1 Employment Counsellor based in Guelph, Ontario, and an aspiring Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP®) currently studying the Career Development Professional Graduate Certificate at Conestoga College.
In my work within community-based employment services at 2nd Chance Employment Counselling Guelph-Wellington, I support individuals in exploring career pathways, identifying transferable skills, and navigating barriers to employment. My approach to practice is client-centred and strengths-based, with a focus on helping individuals clarify their goals and move toward meaningful, sustainable employment with confidence.
